The Back Story
Founded in 1994, Complete Converting, LLC is a woman-owned custom cut-and-sew facility located in Toledo, Ohio. For three decades, we’ve specialized in producing sewn protective packaging solutions designed to safeguard parts from damage during manufacturing, handling, and transport. By combining our extensive industry experience with a keen eye for detail, we’ve built a reputation for quality, durability, and innovation.
Our Expertise

Our Process
We don’t simply wait for you to provide dimensions. Our designers often travel to manufacturing plants to observe work cells and machinery firsthand.
