Three Decades of Precision. One Toledo Team.
Founded in 1994, Complete Converting is a woman-owned custom cut-and-sew manufacturer based in Toledo, Ohio. For over 30 years, we've built a reputation for quality, durability, and precision — producing sewn protective packaging and components for automotive and defense customers who can't afford error.
Our Expertise
From selecting the right textiles to engineering custom patterns, our team tailors every part to your exact specifications. We source high-performance fabrics — including DuPont™ Tyvek® and Freudenberg Evolon® — to make sure your parts hold up under real working conditions.
Our Eastman automated cutting machine delivers precise, repeatable patterns, and our sewers — many with 20+ years of hands-on experience — bring craftsmanship that automation alone can't replicate.

Our Process
We don't just wait for a spec sheet. Our team often visits manufacturing plants to see the work cell firsthand — so what we build actually fits how you operate. Every item we produce goes through 100% inspection and is accurately labeled before it ships, so your counts, logistics, and deadlines stay on track.
